- Cleaning out a business to vacate premises.
- Organizing a storage closet.
- Helping dispose of unwanted items after a parent's death.
- Helping a stay-at-home mom catch up with her housecleaning.
- Shampooing carpet.
- Getting rid of 'stuff' in basement and storage area of a business or home.
- Applying decals to Blue Bunny freezers in convenience stores.

- Demolition of walls and ceiling tiles in basement.
- Repairing a hole in drywall.
- Fixed a cd player that would not open, so the client could listen to music.
- Indoor painting.
- Repaired closet doors so they would slide better
- Assembled furniture so the owner didn't have to pay the $50 charge the store was going to charge.
- Maintenance of bollards downtown including replacing damaged bollards with a less expensive alternative.
- Support and teaching for the following technologies:
- Tweaking the personal computer by getting programs working correctly, defragging and disk clean-up, installing RAM.
- Transferring photos to an external drive. I've done this several times for clients who were intimidated.
- Installing a wireless router.
- Setting up an e-mail account on a tablet.
- Pet Sitting. "Trust her 100%. Recommend her to others." "Yes, she did everything we asked. Everything in good shape when we got home."
- Non-profit and business advertising, including Facebook and simple web design
- Preparing a business mailing including placing address labels, folding inserts, stuffing envelopes, sorting mailing according to zip code for bulk mailing.
- Set-up business Facebook page and trained owner in its use
- Hanging posters around Rawlins for upcoming events.
- Building a FileMaker database from scattered Excel files.
- Building simple web pages including helping the client purchase a domain-name, find a hosting service, and begin building web page.
- Supporting business owners in maintaining their web page.
- Data entry and typing of legal deeds. We can track large 'paper' projects through several stages of changes.
- Watching a property over the winter while owners are enjoying warmer climates.
- Yard Maintenance
- Removing a major portion of juniper bushes so they weren't taking over the driveway.
- Giving yards a good raking after the winter.
- Replacing sprinkler heads.
- Moving established plants.
- Watering while home owner is on vacation.
- Moving a client across town or to another town.
- Out of town rides
